Cancellation Policy

To ensure a respectful, clean, and professional environment for all members and guests, the following policies apply to all podcast room bookings: No Smoking, Vaping, or Alcohol: Smoking, vaping, and alcohol use are strictly prohibited anywhere in the podcast room, throughout the building, and on the premises. If any violation occurs, the card on file will be charged a $100 cleaning and damage fee. This includes odors, spills, or misuse resulting from smoking, drinking, or vaping. Security and Surveillance: Security cameras are active in all common areas to promote safety and accountability. Tampering with or obstructing any surveillance equipment will result in removal from the space and potential loss of booking privileges. Door Policy: The podcast room door must remain closed at all times during your session to maintain sound quality and minimize disruption. Leaving the door open may result in staff intervention and follow-up. Time Limits and Overage Charges: Bookings are reserved for the time slot selected. Guests are expected to vacate the room promptly at the end of their reservation. If you remain in the room or on the premises for more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time without prior approval from management, the card on file will automatically be charged for an additional hour. Respect the Space: Please handle all equipment, furniture, and décor with care. Any damage or excessive mess left behind will result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for ensuring the space is left clean and orderly after use.
