Service Description
Schedule your required onboarding and tour with our Community Manager to activate your membership. This 15–20 minute session ensures you’re fully set up and ready to make the most of your time at The Collective Space.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure all members receive the full value of The Collective Space experience, an onboarding session is required before membership access is granted. Policy Overview: All new members must complete a 20–30 minute onboarding session with our Community Manager. This includes a tour (in-person or virtual), member orientation, and portal access setup. Onboarding must be scheduled within 7 days of registration to activate membership benefits. If onboarding is not completed, access to the workspace, portal, and community resources will remain on hold. Members are expected to arrive on time. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or repeatedly rescheduled sessions may result in delayed access or paused membership. This session is designed to help you feel connected, supported, and prepared to thrive in our community. We look forward to welcoming you in.
