Who is Spencer Cephas: 

Spencer Cephas is a Hartford, CT native. He attended Greater Hartford Classical Magnet and is pursuing a bachelor's in psychology, double majoring in business administration. His work history spans from being a banquet captain at Marriott Hotels, managing partner of a Verizon retailer, and small business consultant with Paychex. He currently runs his holistic financial planning practice based out of Hartford, CT. He is a huge advocate for leading/mentoring the youth and now partners with many programs/high schools like Classical Magnet, Covenant Prep, and the Legacy Foundation. He is also the co-host of the self-development podcast, The How'd I Get Here Podcast, recorded at The Collective Space in Windsor, CT.
